How to find us:
In the LMS or Reseller site, go to the "Support" tab. Once open, select "CRM Content"
As you can see, there is also a "CRM Technical" tab. If you have issues you need our IT team to solve -- problems with the system itself -- leave those tickets there.
The ticketing system is a highly-reliable tool that tracks all your requests and makes communicating easy. If it is an emergency, of course send e-mails, call, etc.,and we will do our best to respond promptly.
Our goal is to maintain a 10 day turn-around time for completion of tickets. We will be checking the tickets several times a week, every week. If the request is a larger, more time consuming project, we will determine an acceptable turn-around time together.
Providing great service to each of you is our only goal. Join us in making the system work to our mutual benefit.
